Joyce Mayne & BBQ’s Galore Internal Fitout

Ray Laurence Constructions were engaged to complete the warm shell construction for Joyce Mayne and BBQ’s Galore.

Total area of over 3000m² to complete the base build fit out.
Work package included; 3000m2 of ceilings, floors, 1400m2 gyprock, structural steel work including 8m high dividing walls, mezzanine floors and external shade awnings, 300m2 of offices, meeting rooms and ablutions areas. RLC were further engaged by Harvey Norman to complete the Joyce Mayne showroom fit out.

Construction completed under pressure, within a strict timeframe of 8 weeks. After hours work was required in order to complete within the specified timeframe.
