As a local, family owned and operated company who have been building in Darwin for more than 20 years, Ray Laurence Constructions are intent on working closely with the local community. We have a full team based in Darwin, including Project Managers, Site Managers, Health, Safety, Environment & Quality Managers, Project Administrators, Qualified Carpenters, Apprentices and Labourers.
Our experienced team strive to develop strong working relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors. We pride ourselves on our ability to meet construction timelines and our high standards of work, resulting in recurrence of business in the residential and commercial fields. We strive to provide the highest quality of service and have received industry awards for major renovations in the Darwin area.

Ray Laurence Constructions are one of the few construction companies in Darwin who have HIA Greensmart accreditation. This accreditation means that our building contractors utilise Greensmart principles by taking advantage of natural airflow and lighting for energy efficiency as well as generating less waste during the building process. As a team of local builders invested in the Darwin community, we are conscious of building with the environment in mind.
The Managing Director has been in the construction industry since 1991 and established in Darwin since 1997. Ray Laurence Constructions offers well over 20 years experience, meets deadlines and delivers a high quality end product.
