Goodstart Early Learning Centre

This design & construct project was undertaken by Ray Laurence Constructions to deliver a new Goodstart Early Learning Centre. The requirement was to design a building suited to the site whilst adhering to strict compliance to Goodstart design guidelines.

The  centre caters for 100 children and comprises of 8 learning spaces, cot rooms, nappy change rooms, commercial kitchen, reception, parents’ room, staff kitchen and landscaped outdoor play areas.

The construction commenced in August 2021 with the Occupancy Permit delivered at the beginning of April 2022.
