West Arnhem Regional Council

The works comprised demolition and refurbishment of an existing warehouse. The refurbishment covered approximately 500m² floor area, including a mezzanine floor and Caretaker’s Residence.

Included in the scope of works were demolition, reconstruction and fit out new offices, ablutions, reception and training rooms. New joinery, mechanical plant room, hydraulics, electrical, communications, fittings and flooring as well as internal stairs.
