Waters Street, Rapid Creek

This was the second renovation undertaken by Ray Laurence for the same owners.

An outdoor granny flat with ensuite, linked to the existing home was constructed. The existing home had the verandahs extended with new merbau timber decking and custom hand-made timber trusses. Internally, a new kitchen and ensuite were installed along with an extension to an existing bedroom.
