The works comprised a bedroom, ensuite and walk in robe extension which incorporated a new enclosed outdoor area with large bi-folds. The existing verandahs were lined and fly-screened, polished concrete floors were added. The existing pool had new exposed aggregate concrete installed to marry into the new extension.

An existing shed was replaced by a studio/garage/bathroom with a new driveway and double carport designed by Troppo Architects. The works comprised multiple different materials with intricate finishes, completed to the highest standard.

The elevated house was left as is, a new staircase linked the ground floor extension to the existing elevated home. All internal areas of this elevated home were stripped of all wall linings, electrical removed and new wiring installed. The existing bathroom was renovated, a new kitchen installed along with a new outdoor entertaining area. An extra bedroom was added downstairs and the laundry upgraded to a cyclone shelter, including a new shower.
